COVID and The Miller Center

Here we are 1 full year since we closed our office on March 21, of 2020. Since we re-opened on June 1 of 2020 our patients have provided feedback on their experiences at The Miller Center during this pandemic. Our socially distancing protocols include rotating treatment rooms minimally 1 hour between patients. Hospital grade air purifiers are functioning at all times in every treatment room and common areas. Patients communicate with us via text or phone to ensure they are the only patient entering the office. Everyone's temperature is taken and I am happy to report that no one has been over 99 degrees. Our team also takes each other's temp every morning and we are all vaccinated or in the process. Being at the front desk, I am getting more comfortable wearing a mask all day as I am sure you are too! Dr. Miller, Endri, Michelle, Kate & Erica all wear personal protection equipment "PPE" such as repellant gowns, hair bonnets, foot booties, a KN95 mask with a surgical mask and face shields. We are currently seeing patients 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and 1 Saturday a month 8 am - 3pm. We hope to expand to Mondays and more Saturdays as soon as possible.
