Dr. R. Craig Miller, a graduate of Lehigh University, attended dental school at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and went on to complete an advanced general dental practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. He is on staff at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, New Jersey and has been on staff at Newark Beth Israel Hospital for over ten years, where he teaches dental residents restorative, implant, and advanced cosmetic dentistry. After passing a comprehensive written exam and completing over 500 hours of continuing education courses in all dental disciplines, Dr. Miller became a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry.
The International Congress of Oral Implantologists granted Dr. Miller a Fellowship after he completed three years of intensive, hands-on oral implantology training. The world renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida teaches dentists how to treat the entire system of facial joints, muscles, and teeth. Dr. Miller has completed the extensive curriculum at The Pankey Institute and continues to attend new courses to stay current with advances in dental technology and technique.
Some of the organizations Dr. Miller is a member of are The New Jersey Dental Association, American Dental Association, VanGuard study group of Livingston, and The Essex County Dental Society of which he is a past President. He was elected into Woodward and White’s “The Best Dentists in America” and voted A “Top Doc” in New Jersey Monthly Magazine by his dental colleagues.
Dr. Miller is married to wife, Brenda, and has three children, Janine, Dana, and Kaitlyn, and two stepchildren, Cassandra and Dean. His sister, Leslie Miller, MD, is CEO of Med-Hattan, an emergency medical care in facility in Manhattan, New York. Dr. Miller’s brother, Andrew Miller, MD, is a partner of Associates in Ophthalmology, LLC, which is located in the same building as The Miller Center for Esthetic Excellence.
